WHERE CAN I GET A MAP OF THE WELL LOCATION BY ME?

They have plat maps from permit applications and completion reports. One person has received unit declarations the same way - I haven't tried this yet, though. http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/topogeo/about/topiccont4.aspx#oilgas is the contact list at DCNR
